This particular outpouring of my observations comes to you today - after mulling over several choices - regarding the topic of running. Yep that's right the dreaded R word: running. Several years ago I have been guilty of cringing myself at the concept of this specific form of exercise and whilst I am not exactly a running role model presently I certainly am a converted cheerleader for this pursuit.
